What is the process to receive durable medical equipment?

  • We must receive an order from your physician or from a rehabilitation center, you can personally request equipment to be ordered and we will work with your doctor to obtain the necessary paperwork. Once we receive the required documentation and order, we are able to schedule delivery and your equipment will be billed through your insurance. We also allow patients to come into our office in Chesapeake to pick up equipment (excludes hospital beds and power wheelchairs).

What is my patient responsibility/out of pocket expense?
